I like a carpet or rug I have seen on the site how can I view it?

If you see something that you like on our website, please contact us and we will endeavour to get the carpet to you so you can see it in situ.

Does underlay work on wooden and stone floors?

We have many underlay products available and will be able to supply the correct type for whichever floor you have. Please contact us for further details.

Can we order a modern rug in a specific style and size?

There are many rugs on our website that do come in different sizes and color ways, If you like a specific style, but require a larger size or a different colour then most things can be arranged.

I have a rug I need to sell, would you be interested?

We are always buying used and or damaged carpets, if you can get an email to us with a few pictures attached this would be ideal, do please also include a picture of the back of the carpet or rug. Alternatively, please arrange to bring the rug to us here in Farnham, or if this is not possible, call us and we will see if we can visit you at home.

I have just damaged my rug, what should I do?

The first thing you should do is contact us and we will give the appropriate advice. Please do not use any cleaning products until we have spoken.

I need a carpet or rug valued, can you do this for me?

Yes we can, and will do so with pleasure. Either bring the rug to us, or if this is not possible please submit as many images as you can via email or in the post and we will contact you once received.

Do you charge for a valuation?

We do not charge for a verbal valuation here in the gallery or via email. If you require a written valuation for insurance claim or probate purposes the charge is £100 + VAT

How often should I clean my carpet?

A carpet should only really need cleaning every seven years or so if well maintained. Obviously if it is in a high traffic area than more regular cleaning should be a priority.

I have seen moths in my home what should I do?

Take the rugs and carpets up and have them cleaned and moth-proofed as soon as possible. If the attack has progressed into furnishings and the fabric of your home speak to a professional pest control company as well as ourselves.

Can I buy a rug and have it sent to me?

We use many courier companies to deliver carpets and rugs both in the UK and worldwide. We can supply an Invoice via email and the rug can be dispatched to you upon clearing of funds buy bank transfer.
